The first 100 actions per month are free. Actions 101–50,000 cost $0.01 each; above 50,000 they are $0.005 each. There is no subscription fee and no minimum. Most stores pay well under $20/month. Shopify displays a $500/month spending cap on the authorisation screen — that is a platform-imposed limit, not your actual bill.
